MMG‘s reggae artist Magazeen drops a new Miley Cyrus-inspired song to twerk to, “Twerk Cyrus.” Featuring Wale, the song includes a dope dance beat. Wale’s verse is dope, too!
Wale remixes his club banger, “Clappers.” With features by Rick Ross, Fat Trel and Young Thug, the Hit-Boy produced track makes a strong comeback. Very hot. What do you think?
Taking on Troy Ave‘s “Show Me Love,” Wale drops a hot new verse. The remix also includes a feature from MMG’s Magazeen. His new project, The Album About Nothing, is scheduled for release later this year.
In light of last night’s Grammys debacle, Wale, Meek Mill, Rockie Fresh and J. Cole drop the visuals to “Black Grammys.” The track is off of MMG’s Self Made 3, available now.
Wale launched his Tumblr today and one of the first things he posted was a remix to Lorde‘s, “Royals.” He jumps on Rick Ross’ remix to the New Zealanders single, and gives it more of a dance-feel. How did he do?
Wale shows a different side of himself in the documentary of him visiting his home country of Nigeria titled “I Am From.” He visits his country to discover himself and find peace. He says, “the whole idea of the trip was for me to find some peace within my family, I bring peace to my family.” He also goes into detail about his life and how being famous has made it so different. The beautiful Ms. Elle Varner drops a very hot new track, “Rover.” The Wale-assisted banger slows it down and highlights both artists talents. What do you think of the new single?
Are you ready for a good laugh? Wale makes an appearance in an SNL skit titled “H&M.” The rapper drops a few verses in the video. Speaking on fashion he says, “you never get in girls pants wearing girls denim.” The skit is a parody for H&M and their low prices with the slogan, “for less than a tank of gas.” There’s also a few guest appearances from people like John Goodman. After his notorious rant with the media last week, Wale hits us with new music this week, “Walk ‘N Live.” Wale’s definitely angry on this joint and tells us how he really feels about Complex and Juicy J‘s album. The track’s produced by DJ Relly Rel, Wale premiered the joint on Hot 97‘s morning show – so yes it comes with tags.
If you’re already a big Fabolous fan, you are already aware of how consistant his mixtape projects are. If not, listening to his mixtapes can easily make you become one. That is why his Soul Tape 3 announcement can be considered a special holiday treat! That’s right. Fab announced, via Instagram, that Soul Tape 3 is underway and will drop on Christmas.
No word on who will be included on the third installment of the Soul Tape collection, but the previous two included features by so many great artists including Lil Wayne, Pusha T, Joe Budden, Wale, J. Cole, Lloyd Banks, Cassie, Ne-Yo, Teyana Taylor and Trey Songz. Producers involved on the previous projects include J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League, Drumma Boy, Ryan Leslie, Just Blaze, J. Cole and many others.
