The picture (above) might look familiar to you. It’s the final artwork for Mando’s Workout Plan that dropped a few weeks back. However, before the artwork that played off Gold’s Gym famous logo, came this A.C. Slater (below) artwork. Peep Lisa Turtle cheering him on in the background. Figured it would’ve been a little too manly for the fellas and too sexy for the ladies. So, we went with the safer, less provocative artwork (above). You’re welcome.

I hope the oven is okay.
Stumbled upon this video earlier today and thought, “whoa!” Had forgotten how “whoa” this song was. Allow me to take you back to the year 2000 for a bit.
The cost of a gallon of gas was $1.26, Bill Clinton was president and ”Whoa!” by former Bad Boy rapper Black Rob was all over MTV and hip-hop radio stations everywhere. It was the only single released off his debut album, “Life Story”, on February 15, 2000. The song was produced by D.I.T.C. member Buckwild and peaked at #43 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Watch the video and forget about words like “cool,” “dope,” or “crazy.” From this point on, everything that’s ill, is “whoa!” Operation LBBTWW (Let’s Bring Back The Word Whoa) is in full effect.
When I first watched this video, I didn’t even realize it was a music video for the band, Is Tropical. Viral marketing at its best.
