Fitness Tip: Which Cardio Workouts Help You Lose Weight The Fastest?

Do you ever wonder which cardio machines or which workouts will help you lose weight the fastest? The bottom line is, no matter how much cardio you do, you still have to do your weight training. Burning fat, and burning calories are two different kinds of weight lose. You need to build muscle to help burn the fat. Take a look at marathon runners. Super lean, but not much muscle. If you compared body fat percentages with an Olympic sprinter and a marathon runner, you will find that the sprinter has way more muscle than fat. The marathon runner could actually have slightly more body fat then the sprinter.

I get asked this question a lot, “what are the best exercises to get a 6 pack?” So I’m gonna let you in a little secret. You ready? There is NO such thing as an all around ab routine to get you cut up!

People assume that the more crunches, planks, or machines you use, you will be as cut up as a UFC lightweight. It boils down to the classic two components. Your diet and your exercise routines! If you strictly just do ab workouts and no cardio and eat like garbage, the extra muscle you build underneath the fat is going to push out the fat that’s already there!
