Lollapalooza Announces 2014 Lineup

Lollapalooza announces the hot line up to their annual 3-day music festival held in Grant Park, Chicago. This year, headliners include Eminem, OutKast and Kings of Leon. Jhene, Zedd, Foster The People, Childish Gambino, Rich Homie Quan, Chance The Rapper and Iggy Azalea will also hit the stage for the event. Hit the jump to see who else will perform.

The Throne made a comeback Wednesday night at the Samsung showcase at SXSW. Jay Z and Kanye West performed hits after hits after hits in front of 4,600 people who downloaded the Milk Music app on their Galaxy devices.

Not only did they perform tracks from Watch The Throne, but each performed tracks off their new and more older albums. While ‘Ye was performing “Black Skinhead” and “New Slaves,” Jay was showing out with “Tom Ford” and “Fu*kWithMeYouKnowIGotIt.” Not only that but, Hov turned heads with classics like “I Just Wanna Love Ya” and “Public Service Announcement.”

Texas is definitely the place to be this week. So many panels and even better shows! 50 Cent got everyone talking at the showcase as he previewed a new track, “Hold On.” Word is this track is set to appear on his upcoming album, Animal Ambition. Meanwhile at the Def Jam showcase, Method Man & Redman stood the show and took us back to 1999 as they performed hits from Blackout! Def Jam’s celebrating 30 wonderful years, so it was only right G.O.O.D. Music‘s Pusha T and 2 Chainz show out and perform “Numbers On The Boards.” Not only that, but TDE‘s ScHoolboy Q followed that with his “What They Want.”

We had the opportunity to attend Tyga‘s launch for his Last Kings Flagship Store in Los Angeles and it was definitely a star-studded event. From Kendall Jenner to Wiz Khalifa to Rajon Rondo from the Boston Celtics was in attendance. Sweets and Treats provided cookies and cupcakes for guest, meanwhile the bar served Nicki Minaj‘s Myx Fusion drink. We got a peak of Tyga’s new LK snapbacks, our favorite were his leather hats, as well as trendy graphic tee’s and plain black hoodies. The store it self was very well detailed with gold cushion seats and angelic murals on the ceilings. We took a few shots of store, just for YOU.

Bruno Mars takes over the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey during the 48th Annual Super Bowl Halftime Show. His performance was full of excitement from start to finish. The energetic performance included “Billionaire,” “Locked Out Of Heaven,” “Treasure,” and ended with an emotional tribute to overseas military families and “Just The Way You Are.” In the middle of his performance, the Red Hot Chili Peppers hit the stage, too. The performance went on without any wardrobe or light malfunctions. Will this go down in history as one of the best Super Bowl Halftime Shows?
